- Our courier hands the package to you at the agreed time.

Is Lebseh a real store?
Yes — real people, real inboxes, real packages. We confirm every order with you by phone or message before it ships, and the package only changes hands once you've inspected it at the door.
Do I really not pay until delivery?
That's the model. You place an order without entering any payment details. Payment is in cash, to our courier, at the moment your order arrives at your door — and only if you decide to keep it.
What if something is broken or doesn't fit?
Refuse it at the door. The driver takes it back, you pay nothing, and the order is voided. No emails, no return labels, no waiting on refunds.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are confirmed within a day and delivered shortly after. We'll share an estimate during checkout based on your address. Force majeure aside (weather, holidays, etc.), we won't make you wait.
