Ordering & Checkout

How do I place an order at Lebseh?

Browse the catalog, add what catches your eye to your cart, and head to checkout. Enter your delivery address and phone number — no card needed. We'll confirm the order with you by phone or message before dispatching, and you pay in cash to the driver at the door.

Do I need an account to shop?

No. Guest checkout works for one-off orders. Creating an account is worth it if you order regularly — your address pre-fills at checkout and your order history sits in one place. We use email magic links and Google sign-in, no passwords.

Why do you ask for my phone number at checkout?

So we can reach you. We (or our courier partner) call before dispatch to confirm the order, the address, and a delivery window — and the driver may call again when they're nearby. We don't use your number for marketing.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as the courier hasn't left with the package yet. Email contact@lebseh.com with your order number as soon as you can. If you change your mind once the package is on its way, the simplest path is to refuse it at the door — that voids the order automatically and you pay nothing.

Payment (Cash on Delivery)

Is Cash on Delivery the only way to pay?

Yes, for now. Every Lebseh order is paid in cash to the driver when it arrives. We don't process card payments on the site. See our Cash on Delivery explainer for the full picture.

What currency do I pay in?

Jordanian Dinar (JOD) in Jordan — the amount shown at checkout is exactly what you pay the driver. For international deliveries, our courier partner handles the local-currency conversion at the door.

Will the driver have change?

Yes — our delivery partners carry change for standard denominations. Try to bring something close to the order total to keep the handover quick.

Why don't you accept credit or debit cards?

Two reasons. We don't want to collect, store, or process card data — that's a real responsibility and a real attack surface. And COD lets you inspect the order before paying, which is the trust loop the whole site is built around. We may add card payments later as an additional option, but COD will stay.

Is paying in cash at the door safe?

Our drivers carry standard ID and arrive at the time we agreed during the confirmation call. Always inspect the package before paying. If anything feels off, refuse and message us immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

1.99 JOD per order inside Jordan, 12.99 JOD per order for international destinations, and free on any order with a subtotal of 25 JOD or more. See our Shipping Info for the details.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are confirmed within a day of placement and arrive shortly after. International orders take longer — typically 7-14 business days — depending on the courier and destination. We share a specific estimate at checkout based on your address.

Do you ship outside Jordan?

Yes — Lebseh ships to most countries worldwide via standard courier. International shipping is 12.99 JOD per order (free on orders 25 JOD and above).

Can I track my order?

Your account dashboard shows the latest status — pending, confirmed, dispatched, delivered. For door-to-door tracking with the courier, we share the tracking number once the package is in transit.

What happens if I'm not home when the courier arrives?

Once your order is confirmed, the courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If neither attempt succeeds — wrong address, no answer, or you can't receive the order — the order is cancelled and no payment is taken.

Can someone else accept the delivery on my behalf?

Yes. The person at the address handles the inspection and payment for you. Make sure they know what to look for if they're standing in for you, and that they have the cash.

Returns & Refunds

How do returns work at Lebseh?

Returns happen at the door, before money changes hands. Open the package, inspect the pieces, and refuse the delivery if anything isn't right — the order is voided and you pay nothing. See our Returns page for the full policy.

What if the item is damaged or wrong?

Refuse the delivery on the spot. The driver takes the package back, the order is cancelled, and you owe nothing. No labels, no paperwork, no waiting for a refund.

Can I return an order after I've accepted it?

Once you've inspected the package, accepted it from the courier, and paid in cash, the sale is final. We don't offer post-delivery returns for change of mind or fit second-guessing — the at-delivery inspection is the moment to catch those.

I noticed a defect a few days after delivery — what now?

Email contact@lebseh.com within a few days of delivery with the order number and a clear photo. We don't guarantee a refund (the inspection point was at delivery), but we read every message and we'll do what's fair where the issue is genuinely on our side.

Do I get charged for shipping if I refuse the order?

No. Refusing voids the entire order, shipping included. You owe nothing.

Products & Sizing

How accurate are your sizes?

Sizes follow standard international sizing for the category (Women, Men, Kids), but cuts vary by piece. Check the size guide on each product page before you order, and remember the at-delivery inspection lets you refuse if the fit isn't right.

The colour in person looks different from the photo — what's going on?

Screens render colour differently depending on calibration, lighting, and brightness. We do our best to photograph each piece accurately, but the colour you see on a phone screen is approximate. If the colour is meaningfully off from the product page, refusing the delivery is a legitimate call.

Where are Lebseh products made?

Lebseh curates pieces from manufacturers and suppliers around the world. The garment label on each item shows the country of origin.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces restock when there's demand; others are one-time drops. The product page shows current availability. To get notified about a restock, sign up for our email list — we only send restock alerts and major drops, never spam.

How should I care for my Lebseh pieces?

Each product page lists care instructions and the wash label is on the garment. As a general rule, machine wash cold, hang dry, and avoid bleach. Delicate pieces have specific instructions — follow the label.

Account & Privacy

How do I sign in to my account?

Two options: enter your email and we send a one-time magic link that signs you in (no password), or use Google sign-in.

I didn't receive the magic-link email.

Check your spam folder first. Make sure the email address matches the one on your account. If you still can't see it after a few minutes, request a new one — magic links expire after 15 minutes and the new one supersedes the old. Still stuck? Email contact@lebseh.com from the account address.

How can I delete my account?

Email contact@lebseh.com from the account address and we'll process the deletion. Order records are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law, but personal information is removed. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Will I get spammed with marketing emails?

No. We send transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery updates) and occasional drop or restock notifications you opted into. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we don't share your email with third parties.
