How returns work at Lebseh — refuse at the door, inspect before you pay. The no-paperwork return policy.
Lebseh's returns model is simple: you inspect every order at delivery, and refuse it on the spot if it isn't right. No labels, no waiting period, no email back-and-forth. Cash on delivery means the option to walk away is built into the moment the order arrives.
How returns work at Lebseh
Because every Lebseh order is cash on delivery, the return decision happens before money changes hands. When the courier arrives, open the package, check the pieces, and decide right then whether to take them — and pay.
Refuse at the door, no paperwork
If the order isn't what you expected, refuse it. Reasons we expect and accept on the spot:
- Visibly damaged or defective items — torn fabric, broken zips, stains, missing trims.
- Wrong product, wrong colour, or wrong size shipped.
- Quantity short of what you ordered.
- Package shows signs of tampering before opening.
- Open the package at the door while the courier waits.
- Inspect the pieces — fit, fabric, colour, accuracy against your order.
- If anything's wrong, tell the courier you're refusing the delivery.
- Hand the package back. No paperwork, no payment, the order is voided automatically.
After you accept the order
Once you've inspected the package, accepted it from the courier, and paid in cash, the sale is final. We don't offer post-delivery returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit second-guessing, or other reasons that aren't a manufacturing defect on our side.
What if I find a real defect after accepting?
If you accepted the order and only discovered a manufacturing defect once you got it home — a broken stitch hidden by the label, a tear inside a seam, a print error — email contact@lebseh.com within a few days of delivery with the order number and a clear photo. We don't guarantee a refund (the inspection point was at delivery), but we read every message and we'll do what's fair where the issue is genuinely on our side.
What we can't do
- Refund money for orders you accepted and paid for in cash — there's no card to refund back to.
- Accept returns for change of mind, size adjustments, or styling regrets — all things the door-step inspection is designed to catch.
- Pay for return shipping on accepted orders we couldn't have known about.
