How delivery works at Lebseh — flat 2 JOD across Jordan, cash on delivery.
Lebseh ships across Jordan and to most countries worldwide, cash on delivery. The rate depends on where you're sending the order — and shipping is on us once your subtotal hits 25 JOD.
Rates
- Inside Jordan — 1.99 JOD per order.
- Outside Jordan — 12.99 JOD per order (we ship internationally via standard courier).
- Subtotal of 25 JOD or more — shipping is free, anywhere we deliver.
Delivery in four steps
- Place your order — just an address and a phone number, no card needed.
- We confirm the order with you by phone or message before dispatching it.
- The courier brings the package to your door at the agreed time.
- Open it, try it on if you want, and pay in cash if you're happy. If not, refuse — no charge.
When to expect your order
Most orders are confirmed within a day of placement and arrive shortly after. We'll share a more specific estimate at checkout based on your address.
Delivery timing depends on the courier, your region, weather, and other factors outside our control — we won't promise hours we can't deliver on.
If the courier can't reach you
Once your order is confirmed, the courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If the second attempt isn't successful — wrong address, no answer, or you can't receive the order — the order is cancelled and no payment is taken. Repeated failed deliveries from the same address may pause future cash-on-delivery orders.
Payment at the door
Lebseh is cash on delivery, end to end. You pay in cash to the courier at the moment your order reaches you. We don't accept cards on the site, and we don't store any payment information.
